The hotel is standard Park Hyatt, with rooms starting at about $200, but you might want to go back to Square One, one of two restaurants in the hotel, again and again. The five show kitchens that are scattered throughout the spacious eatery are points where East meets West, with seafood dishes prepared Vietnamese style while meats are cooked over the Western-inspired flame. Opera, the other in-house eatery, serves up pizza and pasta.
